Off-road to the Natural Bridge and Natural Pool
Drive your own ATV or UTV across Aruba's wild northeast coast, from the rugged interior of Arikok National Park to the crashing surf at the Natural Bridge ruins and the famous Natural Pool.
The dry, cactus-studded interior and the wave-battered windward coast of Aruba are made for off-road exploring, and an ATV or UTV tour is the most thrilling way to see them. Guided convoys leave the calmer west side and climb into the rough country around Arikok National Park, where dusty tracks link old gold-mill ruins, hidden coves, and clifftop viewpoints over the Caribbean Sea.
The headline stops are the wild northeast landmarks most resort guests never reach. You ride out to the collapsed Natural Bridge and its surviving smaller bridge, pause at desert beaches pounded by trade-wind surf, and bump down to the Natural Pool (Conchi), a volcanic rock basin where you can swim in calm water while waves explode on the rocks around you. Aruba sits outside the hurricane belt, so the trails run dry and rideable in every month.
Tours run as a guided group with a lead and tail vehicle, so you stay on route and on safe ground, and most include helmets, a briefing, and fuel. You drive your own machine or ride as a passenger, depending on the operator and whether you hold a valid licence. Expect dust, sun, and the occasional splash.
